The Pradhan Mantri gram sadak yojana scheme is launch with the purpose of connectivity of rural hospitals etc. road for better transportation. the proper road connectivity is main purpose of the scheme. the scheme is completed in three phases.
In the year 2012 there is agreement between the National Rural Road Development Agency and Ministry of rural development along with ALO to enable international institution to gelp the proper implementation of the scheme.
The Objective of the Pradhan Mantri gram sadak yojana - Phase - 1
1.Connectivity of road construction in the rural area of the country.
2. The scheme is also focus on the repairing and maintenance of the road for better transportation.
3.Apart from the making new road the scheme is target existing road and maintain it properly.
4. The scheme focus on the connectivity with unconnected area of the country.
The Objective of the Pradhan Mantri gram sadak yojana - Phase - 3
1.At this stage the scheme is focus on the maintenance of the road should done by Panchayati raj institution.
2. This phase managed by the ministry of rural development.
3.At this phase the scheme is targeted to the rural area connectivity to the infrastructural facility such as hospital, school, high school , agricultural market. etc.

1. Allocation of fund : the scheme is facing the problem of fund for road maintenance and connectivity.
2.Corruption : The corruption is major factor which is affect on the success of the project.
3. Unskilled Staff : The contractor are not highly educated in this field .
4.Inadequate knowledge of the staff an employee.
