The mission karmayogi scheme is launched by the union cabinet. the main purpose of this scheme is to architecture for civil services. The scheme covers approximately 47 lakh central employees in the period between 2020-2025.

The i-GOT is an online training digital platform which is help to train bureaucracy.



Need of the Mission karamyogi

1. To develop basic knowledge too administrative capacity in the bureaucracy.

2. It will help to formalize the selection process and correctly match the public service to the bureaucrat’s competence.

3. The plan is implemented at the recruitment level to invest in building capacity throughout the carrier.

Characteristics of Mission karamyogi

The scheme is all about the bureaucrats with an additional feature for governance management.  

1. The scheme is focused on role-based management, not rule-based. Human resource management is focused on the distribution of jobs to civil servants based on their capacity.
